We'd love your feedback on how you've been using the phone you purchased from MoPhones and how it's supporting you in your work. We're particularly interested to understand if your device has helped you in digital work opportunities (jobs, gigs, portfolio work, etc.). 
All responses are confidential and will be used only to strengthen the program. The survey takes less than 10 minutes and is voluntary.
